Less than 24 hours after PK Subban racked up major minutes in the Habs' 2-0 win over the Bruins, his younger brother tried not to be outdone.
Team Canada's Malcolm Subban shut out Czech Republic 5-0 in the opening game of the World U18 championships.
The 17-year old brother of the Canadiens' rookie defenseman told CJAD this week in a 1-on-1 exclusive interview that he's hoping to bring home a gold medal in time to catch PK in playoff action at the Bell Centre.
PK led all Habs and Bruins with 27:07 of icetime in Game 1 (hear Game 2 vs. Boston live on CJAD Saturday night after the Habs Show at 5PM with Barry Morgan.)  Subban's workload was 2 full minutes more than even Boston's Zdeno Chara.
