Clement Jodoin is back in Montreal. He's been named an assistant to head coach Michel Therrien.

The 60 year old Jodoin is coming off his first season as head coach of Hamilton in the AHL. He also has head coaching experience in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League and in 2008 won gold as an assistant coach with Canada’s team at the World Junior Championship in the Czech Republic.

Jodoin has twice been named the QMJHL’s Coach of the Year, receiving the Ron Lapointe Trophy for the first time in 1997 as head coach/GM of the Halifax Mooseheads, and again in 2007 with the MAINEiacs.

Jodoin is in his second stint with the Canadiens where he worked from 1997 to 2003 in various positions including assistant coach.
