Staunch union man Josh Gorges admits he's not surprised one bit to see the first weeks of NHL regular season cancelled.   Still, the stay-at-home D-man is staying put for now.

Gorges believes the PA line that the owners were geared up for using the "lockout first" as a bargaining strategy, and gives a heart-felt appeal on behalf of fans and small businesses that rely on the games.
