Habs vet rejects Galchenyuk
Don't ask Brandon Prust to let 18-year old rookie Alex Galchenyuk move him with him. Just because the teenager set up the grisled veteran's first Habs' goal, he's not ready to play landlord or Big Brother.
"I don't know if I have enough room for them in my apartment," Prust said with a laugh after the Canadiens' 4-3 win over the Devils in overtime.
"I heard they're a package-deal---I gotta babysit them at the same time."
Prust revealed to CJAD's Rick Moffat he heard a little chirp from Galchenyuk when their line connected again against Martin Brodeur.
"He said something like 'how the heck did you bat that out of the air?' and I said 'you can't give a good player a bad pass.'"
Listen to Prust in the Habs dressing room after they improved the 3-1, leaving them 1 point out of first place in the division.
