Subban hits the ice, can't confirm season debut
PK Subban insists he's just happy to be back on the ice and has no timetable for returning to the Canadiens lineup.
For a "scrubs only" gameday skate firing pucks at backup goalie Peter Budaj along with Yannick Weber and Mike Blunden, the other healthy scratches for the game against the Senators tonite in Ottawa, it was another important step for PK.
He met up with teammates at their hotel this morning in Kanata before heading to the rink.
"I missed my teammates," Subban said, a day after the players all seemed to low-key things with the media in Montreal.
An overwhelming majority of voters on the Canadiens Poll suggested Subban must tone down his outgoing personality off the ice and only a slim majority approved of the suggestion "let PK be PK."
