One day after watching their five game win streak come to a screeching halt, the Habs practiced today in Brossard.

Brendan Gallagher has been cleared for contact and practiced on the top power play unit with David Desharnais and Max Paciroetty.

The 20 year old  says while he feels good now, when he suffered his concussion in last Saturdays win over the Flyers...was a scary moment.

“For anyone who’s had a concussion, you just don’t feel right. It’s something you realize the next day that you’re kind of iffy, you say some funny things. But it was good to be back to normal the next day and I haven’t had any problems since.”

The  next step would be to get the green light to play, possiblly in time for the Rangers visit tomorrow night.

Pacioretty says from what he's seen in practice, the trio is ready to get back in game action

“He’s a hard working kid, and I know he’s been working hard the last couple days. He definitely does what it takes to take care of his body. He looked good out there today, and i’m not the coach but he looked up to speed.”
