Louis Leblanc had the Habs' first shot on goal against the Bruins at the Bell Centre, but that didn't prevent the Canadiens from including the West Island native from being among the first cuts.

Leblanc is sent packing back to the Hamilton Bulldogs after picking up an assist, 4 hits and 1 blocked shot in just under 15 minutes of icetime in the 6-3 loss to the Bruins.

The former 2009 1st-round draft pick earned the assist on the Habs' first goal of the game by Travis Moen that tied it 1-1 in the 1st period.

Leblanc is farmed out along with the likes of Morgan Ellis, Darren Dietz and Joonas Nattinen.

Zach Fucale, Martin Reway and Charles Hudon were all returned to their junior teams.
