Surveillance video has been released of police in Berlin arresting Luka Rocco Magnotta, the man wanted in connection with the murder of a Chinese man who was attending Concordia University.

33-year-old Jun Lin's dismembered torso was discovered in a suitcase behind Magnotta's Snowdon apartment last week.

Magnotta was spotted reading online news stories about himself at the Spaetkauf internet cafe in Berlin Monday morning.

The video shows uniformed police officers entering the cafe and then walking out with Magnotta in what appear to be handcuffs.

He left a paper trail. Cellphone signals, probably using a Credit Card. Not very bright. He was heading east too...how far would he get? Honestly.
