The Canadian Radio Television News Directors Association cited the special live broadcast, The Ric Peterson Show, “Re-building Haiti” for ‘overall excellence in the content and presentation of a regularly scheduled news information program’. Ric traveled to Haiti in January of 2011 to assess Canada’s relief efforts for Haiti following the devastating earthquake of a year earlier. View Ric's photo album from Haiti here.
