Another drowning in Quebec, the second one in one day.

Authorities say a two-year old boy was found unconcious in an above-ground pool in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, north of Montreal Thursday afternoon.

He was taken to the St. Jerome hospital center where he was pronounced dead.

An investigation is being conducted.

It's the 44th drowning so far in 2012.

A two-year old girl was declared dead in hospital earlier in the day after she was found unconscious in a family pool in St. Remi, south of Montreal.

1- mandatory courses on c.p.r and pool safety at your expense if your planning on buying a pool or have an existing pool. Reason being public pools have life guards private pools should not be differrent
2- mandatory swimming lessons for inhabitants in the household. If you can swim , prove it and you should pass.
2- mandatory fences with self locking doors, and life jackets.

Then with these 2 certificates you are able to buy a pool. I learned to drive a car at a school so whats the differrence.
