	Arson suspected in overnight Lachine fire Posted By: Richard Deschamps rdeschamps@astral.com · 7/16/2012 8:54:00 AM Montreal police have taken over the investigation of a major fire that broke out just after midnight in Lachine. It broke out at an old factory, the former Daly & Morin windows and shades factory, that was being converted into condominums on Victoria, near 19th avenue. The three-story building is a total writeoff. Firefighters found traces of accelerants on the scene, leading them to believe the fire was deliberately set.
