Man caught red-handed defacing Khadir campaign posters

Montreal police arrested a 31-year old man on the Plateau late last night after getting reports that he was vandalizing election campaign posters.

He was picked up at the intersection of Park and Mount Royal.

Looks as if he has a beef with  Quebec Solidare, because only posters featuring the face of MNA Amir Khadir were targeted.

The man used a knife to damage several posters.

The suspect has since been released on a promise to appear in court at a later date.

The man should be awarded a trophy. Amir Khadir is an insult to rational and peace loving people.

The man is going to jail for ruining a few posters ...are you kidding me ??? the weather does a good job of that, The police can`t handle the students who did more damage with their strikes and their pots and pans. Leave the poor guy alone after all its only Khadir`s posters that he was angry with...he is probably a homeless person who got paid by someone to do this...in any case Khadir isn`t goingd to win anything in this election and will lose the seat he already has !
