The murder of reputed street gang boss Chenier Dupuy may have been ordered by the Hells Angels. That's according to the Journal de Montreal this morning.

And the motive? To protect the Hells Angels' lucrative drug trade. Dupuy was gunned down last Friday night in the parking lot of the Galeries d'Anjou Shopping centre. A few hours later, a known street gang member was gunned down in Laval.

The Journal says Montreal police, the Surete du Quebec and the RCMP are working together to solve these two murders.
