South shore Liberal candidate complains to police
A Liberal candidate on the south shore has formally complained to police after she says a number of her election posters were vandalized or stolen.
Farida Chemmakh, who's running in the Old Longueuil riding of Marie-Victorin, has spoken with local authorities.
A police spokesman says an investigation has been launched.
The word "corrompue" or corrupt is said to be written in red on a number of her posters.
Chemmahk has apparently said she won't be deterred by what's happened, that voters have the ultimate say on election day, September 4th.
