	Health minister comes to rescue of woman in Quebec City Posted By: Jason Mayoff jmayoff@astral.com · 9/3/2012 3:25:00 PM Health minister Yves Bolduc, who is a doctor, came to the rescue of a woman who fainted at the big groundbreaking ceremony for the new Quebec City arena this afternoon. The woman is the wife of Huron chief Max Gros-Louis. Bolduc administered CPR and the woman was eventually taken to hospital.
