	Legionnaire's claims a 12th victim in Quebec City Posted By: Jason Mayoff jmayoff@astral.com · 9/11/2012 12:46:00 PM A 12th person has died in the Legionnaire's disease outbreak in Quebec City. 176 people have developed the disease since July 17th. Authorities insist the situation is under control and the number of cases are not increasing the way they were at the height of the outbreak.
