	Brief court appearance in Zampino case Posted By: Laura Casella lcasella@astral.com · 9/14/2012 12:57:00 PM Lawyers for the former #2 man at city hall and others accused in a municipal real-estate deal were back in court today. But none of the accused actually showed up for the brief court appearance including Frank Zampino. The lawyers asked for more time to look through the evidence. They'll be back in court on October 29th to discuss the next steps in the pending trial. Zampino, along with 8 others, and Frank Catania construction are accused of fraud among other charges. They were arrested on May 17th by the province's Operation Hammer.
