	Teenage girl injured in Terrebonne hit-and-run Posted By: Richard Deschamps rdeschamps@astral.com · 9/15/2012 2:35:00 PM A hit and run accident in north-shore Terrebonne overnight has left a 16-year-old girl in hospital with serious injuries, and a 38-year-old man possibly facing charges. The accident happened at 3 this morning on Chartrand St., when the girl was hit on her scooter. Her injuries are not considered life-threatening. The driver sped away, but was tracked down thanks to witnesses who reported the kind of car he was driving to police. Police are still trying to determine for sure if alcohol had something to do with the accident, though witnesses are suggesting the man had left a bar shortly before the accident.
