BIXI still losing money

2012 is shaping up to be yet another money-losing year for the Bixi bike rental system.

A report quotes the company that manages the Bixi system as saying it's looking at another loss of $2.8 Million this year.

At the beginning of the season, it had been forecasting a profit of $11 Million.

BIXI got a $108 Million grant last year from the city of Montreal.

We are the BIGGEST LOSERS IN NORTH AMERICA . What a disgusting display of fiscal irresponsibility. Where else can you get away with the math like that and NO ONE IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE and the very cozy media DOESN'T HOUND THE MAYOR UNTIL YOU GET AN ANSWER ! But, we do get to ride around the city like movie extras in Mary Poppins and have--- hahahahah lolololololol- bragging rights about being ecofriendly and all that is Al Gore these days. WE ARE SUCH SUCKERS.

This has to be one of the biggest waste of money ever by the City of Montreal. These things should be cut up and sold for scrap while the price of metal is still high. Who was responsible for the overseeing of the business plan for this? Montrealer's will never get their money back for this.
