Pierre Moreau to announce Liberal leadership run on Monday
The Quebec Liberal leadership race will soon have a second declared candidate.
Reports suggest former transport minister, Pierre Moreau, will make his candidacy official Monday morning in his home riding of Chateauguay.
Last week, former finance minister Raymond Bachand became the first to jump into the race to replace Jean Charest.
As for former health minister Philippe Couillard, officially, he's still thinking about it, but it's widely expected he'll throw his hat in the ring, perhaps as early as Tuesday or Wednesday.
