Homeless man missing from hospital
Montreal police are looking for a homeless man who walked out of Notre-Dame Hospital yesterday just a couple of days after he was in surgery.
32-year-old Jean-Louis Dubeau was wearing blue pajamas and slippers when he took off without notifying the staff yesterday around 1:30 in the afternoon.
Police say Dubeau had just been operated on his neck and fear for his life.
"He is wearing a cervical collar," says Raphael Bergeron of Montreal police. "If he removes it he could become paralyzed or even die."
Police say the man has problems with alcohol and possibly drugs.
Anyone who thinks they've seen him are asked to call 9-1-1.
