Rizzuto to be released Friday: report
It seems reputed Montreal mob boss Vito Rizzuto will be released Friday morning from a Colorado prison.
He pleaded guilty to racketeerring charges in 2007 following the murders of three NY mobsters in the 80's.
A report says Rizzuto will be in Canada tomorrow, but it seems he won't be in Montreal.
A US Immigration and Customs Enforcement official is reported saying Rizzuto will be in that department's custody once he's let go.
He'll apparently be flown to Canada in the company of American Homeland security agents and will then be handed over to Canadian officials.
It's not clear where he goes from there.
Rizzuto's eldest son, Nick, as well as his father, Nicolo, the patriarch of the reputed crime family, were murdered during his absence.
His brother-in-law, Paolo Renda, disappeared.
