	Richard Henry Bain back in court Posted By: Laura Casella lcasella@astral.com · 10/11/2012 8:18:00 AM Richard Henry Bain is scheduled for another court appearance this morning. His lawyer Elfride Duclervil tells CJAD it will be a brief appearance where the prosecution is expected to present more evidence in the case. It's unlikely that new charges will be filed against Bain for today. Duclervil also says her client's mental state will not be brought up in the courtroom this morning. 62-year-old Bain already faces sixteen charges in connection to that fatal shooting at the Metropolis on election night, including first-degree murder, attempted murder, assault, and arson.
