	TQ order: lighten load above Ville Marie Posted By: CJAD news@cjad.com · 10/18/2012 1:14:00 PM You may have noticed City of Montreal workers removing trees, concrete and granite from a park that sits atop the Ville Marie Expressway directly in front of the Palais de Congres. Transport Quebec says they are taking precautionary measures after a report recommended alleviating the pressure above the expressway. 250 tons of material is being removed from Parc Jean Riopelle, the bulk of the repair work scheduled for 2013.
