	McGill suing former MUHC director for $317 000 Posted By: Jason Mayoff jmayoff@astral.com · 11/13/2012 2:45:00 PM McGill University is taking the former CEO of the MUHC to court demanding he reimburse the university $317 000. The amount includes the balance of a loan it gave him in 2008 and $30 000 in salary he was paid after his resignation, to which he was not entitled. McGill says it has been in contact with Porter recently and he has promised to reimburse the University, but he still hasn't and so it's decided to take him to court.
