A man in his 20s was taken to hospital Friday afternoon after a daylight stabbing incident in downtown Montreal.
Montreal police say just before 1 o'clock, two men got into an argument at the corner of Ste-Catherine and St-Laurent Sts., when one of the men stabbed the other at least once in the upper body.
The suspect fled the scene. Police don't yet have a description.
The victim then ran toward the nearby St-Laurent metro station, where he collapsed.
