The Crown is asking the Montreal police force for more detail about the conduct of Officer 728.  

Investigators who spoke with thirty officers and fifty civilians had transferred the dossier to the crown prosecutors about a week ago but word has now come back that certain elements are missing.  

Officer Stefanie Trudeau was suspended last month after being filmed during a rough take-down in the Plateau Mont Royal district.  Earlier in the year, she became infamous thanks to YouTube when she was filmed pepper-spraying peaceful red square protesters at a tuition march.
