Slippery road conditions may be to blame for an 18-wheeler flipping on its side on the 40 eastbound near Morgan.

It happened around 4 a.m.

The truck was carrying diesel fuel. Some of it was spilled onto the road.

The highway was closed for several hours. Now, only the left lane remains closed.

However, traffic is still heavily backed up to the bridge.
