	Pamela Jean's ex facing murder charges Posted By: Richard Deschamps rdeschamps@astral.com · 1/7/2013 4:46:00 PM Pamela Jean's 32-year-old ex-boyfriend appeared in court in Montreal Monday, to face charges in connection with her murder. Juan Fermin Palma's defence lawyer says Jean had filed domestic violence complaints against him in the past, but that each time, Jean had withdrawn the complaints before they could be acted upon. The 27-year-old woman's body was found Friday at Palma's apartment in Montreal North. She had been missing for five days, having last been seen near the corner of Ste. Catherine and Stanley Sts. in the early evening hours of Dec. 30. Her murder is the first one on Montreal Island in 2013.
