Richard Bain back in court today

Posted By: Andrew Peplowski · 1/18/2013 5:36:00 AM

The process to determine whether Richard Henry Bain is fit to stand trial should conclude today.

Bain faces a number of charges including murder, in connection with the shooting outside the PQ election victory rally at the Metropolis last September in which a man was killed and another wounded.

Last week, when the psychiatric assessment was introduced, Bain complained that it was written in French and he wanted it translated.

The hearing was postponed but will resume today with the translated version to be given to Bain.

This man shows us the election evening how far he was able to do. This man deserves amply his trial and he is apt to undergo his trial. See if it makes senses what he did that evening ? He tried to assassinate Mrs Pauline Marois which has won the election.

I class Richard Henry Bain among Lee Harvey Oswald whoever assassinated the former President of the United States John F Kennedy in the sixties and Mark David Chapman which he has assassinated the singer and ex-Beatle John Lennon on December 8th 1980 which the world loved and admired. It's a shame what he did and I hope it will have a exemplary judgment.

Richard Henry Bain is just as mentally ill person as two others that I mentioned earlier.

He must go to jail or in Philippe-Pinel institute for life.
