Montreal police have been involved in a standoff on the Plateau with a man who has barricaded himself in an apartment on Saint Laurent who may be armed with a handgun.
Police were called to the area just before 11 o'clock last evening.

They were responding to a call about an argument involving two men.
Saint Laurent is closed between Sherbrooke and Roy and Pine is closed between Saint Urbain and Saint Laurent.
