	Murder suspect appears in court Posted By: Luciano Pipia lpipia@astral.com · 1/19/2013 3:12:00 PM A court appearance today by the suspect in Montreal's third murder of the year. Nguyen Van Son appeared via video link in connection with the murder involving a blunt object. "Information and different investigation techniques leads us to arrest this 48-year old Asiatic man in the last 24 hours", said Montreal police spokesman Simon Delorme. The victim, a man in his 40's, died in hospital on Wednesday. Reports said he had been attacked with a machete. He had been found severely injured in an apartment in east end St Michel.
