Highway 20 re-opened in both directions

There's been an early morning accident on Highway 20 West right near Cartier in Pointe Claire that has closed the highway in both directions.

An ambulance slammed into the back of a vehicle which had stalled in the left lane, and then another vehicle slammed into the back of the ambulance.

Three people have been injured including two ambulance attendants.

The ambulance was not transporting anyone at the time, but, the vehicle did burst into flames.

Emergency crews and investigators remain onn the scene.
