Montreal police have a suspect under arrest after an apparent armed robbery at a bank in Lachine.

Police say two men burst into the bank near the corner of Remembrance and 32nd avenue at around 3:25 this afternoon.

One of the two men was apprehended not far away from there. The other man is still on the loose.

It appears one of the thieves had a handgun on him, but no shots were fired, and no one was hurt.
