	Murder suspect appears in court Posted By: Luciano Pipia lpipia@astral.com · 2/2/2013 6:20:00 PM A man has appeared in court via video in connection with the stabbing death of his wife in the Villeray district. 46-year old Franklin Bencosme Lora has been charged with second degree murder following the death of Lluvia Esther Ramirez Gomez. The woman in her 30's was found with multiple stab wounds yesterday morning at thier Papineau ave. apartment. Lora will stay in custody until a scheduled court appearance next week.
