	Truck hits elderly woman on south shore Posted By: Luciano Pipia lpipia@astral.com · 2/3/2013 3:56:00 PM An elderly woman was hit by a truck Sunday afternoon on the south shore. Police say it happened at the corner of Joliette and St Laurent as the truck was turning. "She's in critical condition. We presently have our accident scene technicians on the scene trying to find out exactly what happened at 12:45 at that intersection", Longieuil police spokesman Marc David told CJAD News. David added the woman is 76. The driver, 75, was taken to hospital to be treated for shock. Police are investigating.
