Not the father, man ordered to pay anyway

A South Shore man has been ordered to pay child support for four children even though he found out recently that three aren't his.

The man requested DNA tests after he separated from his spouse following 15 years together. It turned out that only the youngest child was his biological offspring. The others were fathered by three other men.

The man has told the Journal de Montreal that those men should be on the hook for child support.

However, the courts have ruled that the man acted as the father of the family in every other way for years, so his financial support of all four children should continue. His payments come to about 900 dollars a month.

While he has provided the children over the years, he did so under fraudulent conditions unbeknownst to him. His wife should reveal the names of the biological fathers and he should go after them in civil court for damages. This man is not only three times a victim by his wife but made a scapegoat by to court to boot.

Hmmm DNA can get you off a murder charge but it cant get you out of paying alimony...I think the other 3 deadbeats should be paying and they should reimburse the good dad for taking care of their children all those years. Oh and she needs help too....4 baby daddys...YIKES!
