	Bail hearing today for Dorval shooting suspect Posted By: Andrew Peplowski apeplowski@astral.com · 2/8/2013 7:48:00 AM There will be a bail hearing today for a 12-year old boy charged with manslaughter and possession of a prohibited weapon, in the shooting death of his 16-year old brother at the family home in Dorval January 21st. The 12-year has been in custody since his arrest the next day, but he was allowed escorted leave last weekend to attend his brother's funeral. The Crown has indicated it will oppose bail.
