The former student leader had pledged to donate part of his National Assembly salary to community groups. Now he has established a foundation with 25-thousand dollars in start-up funds and will seek some advice on which groups to give it to. Bureau-Blouin says he will continue to donate a quarter of his salary to the foundation each year he is in office.
