CAA Quebec will reimburse members who paid 25 dollars for international drivers' permits after Florida said they are not mandatory.

The regulation which went into effect on the first of January was designed to ensure that Florida police officers could read the information on tourists' drivers' licenses.

Late in the week Florida backtracked and said it would review the regulation.

For now, the international licenses are not required.
