The Charbonneau commission hearings are back on, after taking last week off.

And construction boss Joe Borsellino picked up where he left off, confusing everyone with his testimony.

He now says he never gave $10,000 to Union Montreal.

In earlier testimony, he says he did, and made a mistake.

And among some of the big names he's rubbed shoulders with, city councillor Sammy Forcillo and former Liberal justice minister Jacques Dupuis.

And while he remembers having conversations with them, he can't remember the specifics.

Later on, another construction magnate, Nicolo Milioto, will take the stand.
