	Man arrested in DR on child porn charges in court Posted By: Richard Deschamps rdeschamps@astral.com · 3/1/2013 4:35:00 PM A Montreal man picked up in the Dominican Republic this week appeared in court this afternoon on child sex charges. Wearing a dark winter parka, Joseph-Charles Philippe Cote appeared calm during his brief court appearance. The 82-year-old is accused of importing and possessing kiddie porn last October, and producing between 2003 and 2006. He's also accused of two counts each of sexual contact and invitation to sexual touching involving minors. The SQ says the believe his crimes took place in the Dominican Republic. Police have mountains of evidence to go through. The SQ says they seized hundreds of child porn photos on Cote's computer. A date for a bail hearing will be set next week.
