	Sun shines on Saint Patrick's parade Posted By: Andrew Peplowski apeplowski@astral.com · 3/17/2013 6:15:00 PM The sun shone on the 190^th annual Saint Patrick’s Day parade in Montreal Sunday and green was the official color of the day Despite mid-winter like temperatures and a brisk wind tens of thousands of people lined Ste-Catherine Street to enjoy the festivities. Many people showed up well in advance of the noon start time to ensure a good view of the myriad floats, marching bands and other participants along the two kilometer long parade route.
