Radio Canada has been ordered to hand over audio and video recordings of an incident on the Plateau last October that resulted in the suspension of a Montreal Police officer.

A judge has ruled that the recordings are a key element in the investigation into an altercation involving four Plateau residents and Montreal Police Constable Stephanie Trudeau.

Trudeau is probably better known as "Agent 728" from videos of the confrontation that went viral on the Internet.

She has been suspended pending the results of the investigation and recently was ordered to undergo medical treatment after a confrontation involving another police officer.
