UPDATED: Man & woman team up for home invasion
A man and woman teamed up for a home invasion in Longueuil at 6:30 Wednesday evening.
The couple showed up the home on King George Street in Old Longueuil and while the man forced himself into the home his partner stayed outside to keep watch on the place.
The man tied the 50-year-old woman that was inside by her wrist and ransacked her home, screaming at her to tell him where her cash and jewellery was.
Longueuil police constable Mark David said they're still investigating what was stolen but that the man took off with a jar of pennies, which he dropped in front of the house before fleeing.
The woman was not hurt and said she did not know the intruders.
Longueuil police are looking for the two suspects.
