Charbonneau: Pereira back on Monday
Former union local boss Ken Pereira will be back on the stand at the Charbonneau commission Monday morning after all.
He got clearance from his doctors yesterday to return to the commission's hearings, and today, commission officials confirmed he will be back when they resume next week.
The star witness fell awkwardly on the steps at his home on Oct. 8, and suffered a head injury. His cross-examination at the Commission had just begun.
Earlier this month, he rocked the commission with his tales of links between his old FTQ-Construction union and organized crime.
