The picture I'm sending you is on the corner of de la Montagne and Notre-Dame street. I've moved into this area 15 years ago and this building has been empty and for sale ever since. New buildings are shooting up everywhere but this owner is just holding out. I wish the city would step in and tear it down. A real eyesore for sure.
