The Eskimos defense has given up only 99 points all season.  The Als tore them up for 4 touchdowns before they knew what hit them, then cruised to a convincing win at Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton.

Anthony Calvillo took advantage of an Edmonton defense that had actually given up more yardage than the Alouettes but has been the stingiest in the CFL in the Points Against totals.

Victor Anderson in his first CFL start rushed for 102 yards and scored his first receiving TD in the CFL.

Calvillo playing in his 251st game as an Alouette and 311th overall (just 10 away from former Alouette Miles Gorrell on the alltime CFL list excluding kickers) threw for 300+ yards for the 6th consecutive game matching his career best streak.

Steven Jyles of the Eskimos is now career 0-5 vs Montreal, Calvillo 17-10 vs Edmonton, with 3 straight wins in Alberta.
