The Alouettes will find out today which team they'll face next weekend in the Eastern Conference Final.

The Als will play either the Argonauts or the Eskimos for the right to play in the 100th edition of the Grey Cup. Coach Marc Trestman gave the Als most of the week off before they returned to practice yesterday.

The team is practicing at the Big Owe where the East final will be played a week from today.
