Marijuana will be de-criminalized (eventually)
Prime minister Stephen Harper insists he's never smoked marijuana, telling reporters today that "from a very young age, I have been an asthmatic and smoking anything has been out of the question since the time I was very small."
But plenty of other politicians have admitted to smoking pot. And Justin Trudeau is proposing legalization because he says it would mean regulation and give authorities more opportunity to keep the drug from children.
On the show tonight, I spoke with longtime marijuana advocate Marc Boris St Maurice who feels it really is just a matter of time before pot is de-criminalized.
Do you agree?
